Mark is a highly accomplished leader with experience in health insurance sales and service automation. Mark has worked for the last 15 years on creating world-class CRM, Sales and Service automation solutions for health plans. He began working with SimplyHealth.com, leading the development of a national multi-carrier exchange supporting online guided selling, decision support, quoting and enrollment. As Chief Executive Officer of Colibrium, Mark directs the corporate strategy, Sales & Marketing Automation, Service Automation and Wellness Automation product strategy and business development functions.
Roy is a seasoned, hands-on professional with an extensive background in operational management, resource administration, technology solutions implementation, full life-cycle project management and strategic business process improvement. As Chief Operating Officer, Roy oversees Colibrium’s Tuo® practice lines. He is also responsible for managing the activities internal to Colibrium operations, including human resources, finance, and infrastructure. Roy has held technical management positions at Connecture, Net Vendor and O’Neal Steel. Roy is also a former U.S. Army warrant officer and aviator.
Tim is an operational finance leader with broad experience in high-growth software, technology and service companies. He brings expertise in defining and optimizing business processes, business strategy, utilizing technology and taking a consultative approach to Colibrium’s finance, accounting, administration and legal needs. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for executing on the creation of business value for Colibrium’s customers, employees, and investors. In his previous life, Tim held financial leadership and management positions with Spherion, Stonebranch, Kinetix and 22Squared. He is a graduate of the College of Business at Florida State University and attended Rutgers University Law School.
As an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader, Tim’s commitment to excellence has been evident throughout his successful, 20-year career in the health insurance and pharmaceutical industries. Each position he has held, including sales and leadership roles at AstraZeneca, UnitedHealthcare and Mercer, has only served to bolster his dedication to achieving outstanding results. In 2015, Tim joined Colibrium charged with the organizational build out of the sales and marketing teams, along with developing, defining and owning the end-to-end customer experience. With his foundational background working alongside carriers, brokers, employer groups and pharma, Tim is well positioned to lead this transformative effort. Driven by his passion and commitment, he is focused on creating something truly special that will generate long-term partnerships between health plans and Colibrium. Tim is also a graduate of Oregon State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication.
Mark’s driven, strategic approach is what makes him a natural-born leader in his role as Vice President of Delivery at Colibrium. He places great importance on the dynamics of a team, working tirelessly to assemble the right combination of talents to ensure our technical groups perform at a high level and deliver impactful results. Mark’s insight comes from experience. This UGA Terry College of Business grad has held every possible position during his 15-year career from Software Developer and Business Analyst to Project Manager and Account Manager. Thus, he’s uniquely positioned to motivate and manage each member based on real-world training. Mark’s team-centric mentality also spills over into his personal life. With season tickets to every Atlanta sports franchise, you’ll find him in the stands hoping to motivate the Dawgs, Hawks or Falcons deliver a win.

An evangelist is described as a “someone who talks about something with great enthusiasm.” Spend five minutes speaking with Don and you’ll see how he earned his title. Having been with Colibrium since the company’s inception, Don is not only a passionate advocate, he’s a through-and-through expert. Don knows the Tuo® product suite inside and out, from its functional capabilities to its most obscure offerings, which makes sense considering he led the team that created it. Given his expertise, Don works closely with clients to uncover their pain points and understand their challenges, so that the delivery team can provide a solution configured to best suit their needs. As a published author with a doctorate from Texas A&M, the breadth and depth of his knowledge is unrivaled and we’re thankful to have him evangelize the Colibrium advantage. Preach on, Don. Not many people can claim to have been a part of every single project a company has ever executed, but this Princeton grad certainly can. Janice first began on the product development side in 2005, helping to develop Colibrium’s core offerings, Tuo® Marketplace and Tuo® 360. Given her expertise within the health plan industry—not to mention her Master’s in Public Health from Emory University—Janice was well positioned to transition into a managerial position where she currently oversees the business delivery teams responsible for executing client product configurations. She also plays a crucial role in establishing the team’s implementation standards and processes. From identifying strategic business needs to providing functional analysis, she continues to touch every project that comes through Colibrium’s doors—a fact for which any client is truly thankful.
UGA alum Ragan Fabrici has held many titles throughout her career, from Director of HR at digital agency IQ to Talent Acquisition Consultant at 22squared. But when she arrived at Colibrium, none of those titles felt appropriate. So Ragan decided to create her own moniker, Director of Team Experience. Part human resources, part employee relations, part recruitment, Ragan loves the psychology behind her role—understanding what incentivizes someone to take a job and ultimately what they need to stay in it. As she continues to build the Colibrium team and culture, Ragan has already proved that what motivates people to come into work everyday isn’t necessarily money or power. It’s each other—and a well-stocked break room doesn’t seem to hurt either.
Though his degree from Georgia State University in Computer Science and his tenure at McKesson and ZC Sterling set the foundation for Joel’s attention to detail, it was his initial role as developer for Colibrium that revealed his new mantra—you can’t get efficiency without consistency. At the time, processes and best practices varied from project to project, manager to manager, resulting in lost productivity. So he established the guiding principles that set the standard for how every team and every project is run. Six years later, Joel continues to enforce his originally established best practices for implementation as Senior Director for Colibrium’s Delivery and Product Development teams. He also drives the vision of our Tuo® products through the architecture and design. From working with the developers to coordinating with technical managers, you can be sure that consistency is at the core of every one of Joel’s accomplishments.

As the Marketing Director, you will be a vital part of a fast growing technology company in the health insurance vertical. As a Business Analyst, you will be the primary point of communication between the Colibrium project team and client business subject matter experts. During Tuo implementation projects, the BA works closely with client resources and our local technical teams (Bellevue and Atlanta) to communicate details of configuration and resolve product customization designs. The BA also leads the testing effort of Tuo configuration and customization code. When delivering consulting services, the BA is primarily responsible for conducting interviews with business partners, performing research and analysis on the specific consulting problem and producing the conclusion or recommendation deliverables. As the Project Manager, you will drive projects to deliver the Colibrium Tuo® implementations and consulting services. You will be the primary point of contact between our project team and client resources and the chief facilitator of all project meetings. During the implementation project, you will work closely with client resources and our Business Analyst and Technical Leads to manage and produce implementation schedules, work plans, and relevant Tuo documentation (configuration specification, test plans, etc.). You will also contribute to defining the appropriate discovery methodology, deliverable standards, and work schedule and be responsible for status reporting, effort estimation, and budget and resource planning. The Solution Developer works closely with the Colibrium project team and client technical resources to resolve technical interface designs and implement those interfaces within the technical framework and overall solution. The Solution Developer is responsible for conducting interviews with technical partners, performing research and analysis on the specific technical consulting challenge and producing the conclusion or recommendation deliverables. Periodically, the Solution Developer will author custom software outside of the Tuo framework.
